Graham is the chair of our board and is a member of Wellington Central Baptist Church. He is a chartered accountant and a professional director including nearly nine years on the board of Xero and is a current non-executive director of Pushpay as well as a number of private companies and not-for-profits. He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management and an Engineering New Zealand Membership (Companion).
John is an Elder of the Elim Christian Centre in Auckland and oversees their finances. He has his own chartered accountancy business (for around 25 years) with a mix of charitable and business clients, prior to which he was CFO for a national hotel chain. He has also been involved in property consultancy for both private and public sector clients and is a trustee for a number of not for profit organisations.

Andrew attends Life Church in Manukau. He is a Financial Accounting Manager at Vodafone New Zealand, within the financial operations. Previously he was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young.
Liz is a member of Karori Baptist Church. She is a New Zealand registered pharmacist, and since 2004 has been the National Manager of the Professional Development programme for New Zealand pharmacists. She is currently a member of the International Federation of Pharmacy (FIP The Hague) Education Committee (FIPEd).

Rod is the Pastor of Opawa Baptist Church. He has been a pastor, a youth pastor, the chief legal advisor for Work and Income, and also assists us on compliance and regulatory issues.

Kim attends Whangaparaoa Baptist and was previously Finance Ministry Leader. A serial entrepreneur, Kim spent 7 years with Youth With a Mission, helped pioneer a church plant in Siberia, and has lived in New Zealand since 1998. She currently works in the IT sector.

Glenn is a member of the Auckland Baptist Tabernacle Church. He is a consultant to private and public sector clients with extensive experience in Property, Planning and Transportation. Among the range of roles he undertakes, Glenn is the Executive Chairperson of the TabTrust.

James served on our board as a director before stepping into the CEO role in December 2015. Previously
he has worked for Palmer and Associates as a commercial lawyer. His expertise has been a valuable asset to Christian Savings. James has a passion for the work we do at Christian Savings and the churches and charities we are able to work alongside.
Bruce Anderson Chief Financial Officer
Bruce Anderson is the Chief Financial Officer for Christian Savings. He is a
qualified Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Directors. He has over twenty five years’ experience in the financial services sector working in senior financial positions for companies such as UDC Finance and ANZ Bank.
Bruce has significant experience in the implementation of new software solutions and the development of management information systems. Through his experience on various boards he has acquired excellent governance skills. He attends
Windsor Park Baptist Church and has been the Chairman of the Board for Rhema Media Incorporated since 2012.
Grace Lim Office Manager

Grace is our longest serving staff member of over ten years. Previously she has worked for DBS Capital
Investments (a subsidiary of the Development Bank of Singapore), as well as a Youth Worker in a secondary school. Grace has excellent rapport with our clients and is a vital member of our team.
Dan Mazengarb Senior Lender

Dan started at Christian Savings in March 2017 as our in-house lawyer. Previously Dan worked as a commercial lawyer in Tauranga and at Z Energy head office in
Wellington. He is passionate about our vision and is responsible for administering the legal operations of Christian Savings.
Janny Kusno Assistant Administrator
Bachelor of Civil Engineering
Janny joined the Christian Savings team in early 2016. Janny has worked in a variety of roles including serving in a church office. She is a great addition to our team and works on the day-to- day running tasks of the organisation, answering client queries and assisting our depositors with their accounts.
Ben McGillicudy Admin Support
Ben joined the Christian Savings team in early 2016. He is currently a student at Carey Baptist
College studying toward a Bachelor of Applied Theology. As Admin Support, he is helping to obtain documents from our customers confirming their identity, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009. Ziwei Gong Accountant
Master of Professional Accounting (AUT)
Ziwei, one of our new accountants, joined the Christian Savings team in March 2018. Previously Ziwei worked in accounting practices in construction, public security and rest home industries. He assists the CFO in preparing all the necessary reports and accounts for our reporting, management and compliance obligations, as well as assisting the Senior Lender in credit analysis, loan reviews and risk control.

Alex joined the Christian Savings team November 2017. Previously she has worked in creative marketing and customer support roles for tertiary institutions and served in a variety of ministry roles.
